The Truth about Frank D'Angelo - Part Two

RAPE - So I checked my email today and got an email from 'acquitted rapist' Frank D'Angelo... It said the following:

"Just for the record the process server has tried repeatedly to serve you and your partner in crime. We will be serving both you cowards by court order. It is ironic that you profess to write about fact and protect the integrity of the truth in your Blog, yet you create writings of malice." - Frank Dangelo Frank@dangelobrands.ca

Seriously.

Let me summarize for you what a creep Frank D'Angelo was. Every WORD here is the truth!

#1. Frank D'Angelo used to be the owner of the Steelback Brewery and D'Angelo Brands Inc. But he was such an incompentent businessman that he spent all of his investors money on advertising, sports sponsorships, etc. He ended up wracking up $162 million in debts, and only had assets of $58.5 million. (This is well documented by various newspapers and therefore is a FACT.) He realized the company was going bankrupt (one might wonder if he was running a Ponzi scheme) and so in what some people might call "insider trading" he sold the company to his biggest investor for a sum of $8 million... despite the fact that he owed over 300 other investors $12.8 million. He essentially (and this is a matter of opinion) defrauded over 300 investors of millions of dollars and ran off with the money. (The company kept him as a spokesman.)

#2. Frank D'Angelo met a little girl years ago, and apparently he took a fancy to her. He waited until she was 21 years old and then in 2007 he lured her up to his hotel, ripped her clothes off, pulled her hair and proceeded to have sex with her. Some people (myself included) would call that rape. Thus many people would call Frank D'Angelo a rapist, including God himself if you believe in that sort of thing. When you consider Frank D'Angelo was about 50 at the time he was definitely a "cradle robber".

#3. However Frank D'Angelo was not convicted of rape / sexual assault. In a bizarre series of events the court case lasted only 1 day, the judge, Justice John Hamilton, declared that Frank D'Angelo was "probably guilty", but dismissed it because of lack of evidence... and then Frank D'Angelo was caught on camera (by the Ontario Provincial Police) having dinner with crooked cop Michael Rutigliano (who is involved with the mafia in Quebec and wanted in a case which defrauded Bombardier of millions) and the two crown prosecutors (Richard Bennett and Domenic Basile) who were later listed as "unindicted co-conspirators"... in other words Frank D'Angelo hired (bribed?) Michael Rutigliano and was "probably" in the process of bribing/paying off Richard Bennett and Domenic Basile while the OPP watched with a telephotic lens... Richard Bennett and Domenic Basile have since been suspended from their jobs.

#4. The Ontario Attorney General's Office has the option of appealing the sexual assault case against Frank D'Angelo and retrying him. The first trial would be declared a mistrial, pending the results of conspiracy and obstruction of justice charges which BOTH Michael Rutigliano and Frank D'Angelo are currently facing.

#5. I couldn't make this stuff up. Its all absolutely true and factual.

On top of that, when you are telling the truth and it can be supported by facts you're going to have one hell of a time trying to prove defamation in court. As well, I am performing a public service. Its called "Responsible Communication", ie. warning people about a criminal, crook, fraud artist and/or rapist which is on the loose. Responsible Communication is exempt from defamation laws.

And there is no "malice" in writing for the purposes of Responsible Communication. I am protecting the general public from a crook. Women out there need to be warned. If they google Frank D'Angelo, they will realize he is a sexual predator, then hopefully they will avoid ever meeting him and getting raped by him.

So yeah, if Frank D'Angelo wants to come to London England and sue me for writing about the truth he can bloody well come here and do so. To quote a previous blog post, Frank D'Angelo can SUCK MY OVARIES!

Trying to "serve" me by sending papers to a friend of mine who lives in Canada? Well good luck with that. I don't even live in Canada any more. Seriously, Frank D'Angelo's lawyer must be incompetent or something if he thinks he can sue someone via proxy in another country and hope it will stick.

Oh and I am practically penniless. I am writing a book right now and not working. I don't even have a fixed address because I am living with my partner. There's no guarantee my book will even sell. Suing me for $2 million in Canada is like suing a beggar in Sri Lanka.

It will be utterly fruitless. But go ahead Frank, assauge your ego if you want, I will just keep on writing about you. Every time he or his lawyer emails me I will write another big scathing article telling the whole world the truth about the crook known as Frank D'Angelo.

Maybe eventually Frank D'Angelo will learn to keep his mouth quiet. Attempting to silence bloggers while they anxiously await the results of his conspiracy and obstruction of justice charges isn't going to get him anywhere.

Another email from Frank D'Angelo:

"We have copied all your emails to the proper authorities, you should be dealing direct with my lawyer. The only criminal here is you and you partner. I will spear no expense to bring both of you to justice. We are dealing with Google to have both of you barred from writing your bizarre untrue writings about people. Your blackmail will not go unpunished. It seems to me you both should be jailed or hospitalized." - Frank Dangelo Frank@dangelobrands.ca

My response:

"Blackmail? You are the person trying to sue me.

I have no interest in money. I am penniless and don't give a shit about money. I am a feminist crusader who believes in the truth.

You're the only one who is obsessed with money here."

Oh... and FYI... it is spelled "spare no expense". Sheesh. The moron can't even spell.
