Lawsuits Schlawsuits! The Truth about Why You Can't Keep a Good Woman Down!

A year ago yesterday I received word from a friend in Canada that Frank D'Angelo was threatening to sue me because I called him a rapist (because he IS a rapist, regardless of whatever deal he has made with the OPP to testify against mobster / fraud artist Michael Rutigliano in exchange for them staying the charges).

A year later I'm still living comfortably, not a care in the world. No lawsuit. No lawyers fees. No court numbers. Not even a letter in the mail confirming he has even submitted the paperwork.

You see it all came down to the fact that he was bluffing (and repeatedly crying wolf). Frank D'Angelo had no intention of taking me to court. He just wanted to silence me. Shut me up. Censor the feminist.

But trying to censor a hardcore feminist is a bit like trying to plug a leak in a dam with your finger. The leak just spreads. The next thing you know its flooding.

Another analogy is when a tyrant tries to kill the local hero. The hero survives, the hero finds allies, the hero comes back stronger and more determined than ever to fight for freedom, justice, truth, equality, all that good stuff.

Frank D'Angelo is the tyrant and while other non-heroes bowed down and let the criminal get his way, I did not. I fought back. I did my research and did a lot of digging into Frank D'Angelo's past dealings...

I've determined (with some degree of certainty) that he is also involved with money laundering, tax evasion and fraud. Possibly even a Ponzi scheme involving investors in two of his previous companies (which later filed for bankruptcy protection while Frank D'Angelo walked away with millions). I would argue its only a matter of time before the local authorities eventually audit his finances and charge him with a slew of crimes.

But sadly the real crime is the one Frank D'Angelo will get away with: Rape. The Ontario Attorney Generals office has yet to renew the charges against him and have a retrial for the one which Frank D'Angelo was caught bribing the prosecutors and celebrating with them and mobster Michael Rutigliano in D'Angelo's private club. (All caught on camera by the OPP no less.)

If there is any karma in this world it will be that Frank D'Angelo will be known as a rapist for the rest of his life, even though he will not serve time for that specific crime.

But with any luck he will serve time for his other crimes.

And his threat of lawsuits against me for telling the truth? Pfff. I've posted the truth about Frank D'Angelo so many times now I think he regrets even mentioning this to his lawyer.

The moral of this story?

Don't mess with a feminist. A good feminist won't take any BS lying down. She gets up, she fights back, especially when she has the almighty truth and justice on her side.

FYI: I am also protected by the fact that defamation laws clearly state that people doing a public service, such as warning other people about sexual predators, are exempt from defamation lawsuits. ITS A PUBLIC SERVICE.

Somebody has to warn people there is a sexual predator on the loose and his name is Frank D'Angelo.
