Chronicling the Lies of Frank D'Angelo

FEMINIST - A couple days ago Frank D'Angelo left a comment on my blog. Yes, that is right, the rapist left a comment. I am pretty sure it was him. He used a false name and a Google account that he signed up for on the same day.

Seriously. If you're going to leave comments and pretend to be someone you are not use an older account. Don't just create an account the same day just to leave 1 comment.

Of course I deleted it. If he wants to leave comments and argue his case, fine, but he should do so under his own name and not try to disguise himself like a coward.

And what was the point of Frank D'Angelo's comment? To assert that there was no physical proof he was a rapist. Which is incorrect. Frank D'Angelo's victim had a bruise on her head from where he pulled her hair. (In his comment Frank also tried to assert that men are now the unequal ones. Ha. Women will need another hundred years before we've even caught up to men on the pay-cheques, let alone being treated as equals.)

But bruising wasn't enough.

There was the victim's testimony and the judge even declared Frank D'Angelo was 'probably guilty'. But that still isn't enough for a conviction.

And to make matters worse Frank D'Angelo bribed the two crown attorneys and a crooked cop, so really the chance of conviction was hampered by people not doing their jobs to the full extent of their ability. In other words they deliberately botched the trial so the judge would have no choice but to acquit. They may have even held back or destroyed evidence. (And there is photographic proof of the bribery, the OPP have photos of Frank meeting the two crown attorneys and crooked cop Michael Rutigliano. Since then Frank has agreed to testify against Michael Rutigliano in a obstruction of justice / conspiracy case because the RCMP and Quebec Provincial Police wants to catch Rutigliano for defrauding millions from Bombardier... and Frank has done this so they won't re-open his sexual assault trial.)

The sad thing about rape trials is its very difficult to get a conviction because often it just comes down what the victim and the rapist say. If the rapist can convince the judge (or jury) that the victim is not a credible witness (ie. insinuate that she is a liar) then it won't stand up in court. (Not all cases end up with bribery, OPP surveillance photos and crooked cops involved in organized crime and the mafia.)

Except in this scenario its Frank D'Angelo who is the liar. He isn't exactly a 'pillar of the community' to say the least. His reputation is that of a scoundrel. He tries to portray himself as a playboy, but in reality he's just a scumbag. Anyone who looks at his long history of misdealings will understand he is neck deep in something that looks suspiciously like money laundering for the mafia. He just hasn't been caught yet.

Frank D'Angelo would have us believe that he met a young woman, coaxed her up to his hotel room and had rough sex with her and that her bruises was the result of rough sex. As if young women have rough sex with fat, old, balding men just for fun. (That is a scenario wherein most women would feel disgusted with themselves, would never willingly submit to, and definitely not following a business meeting.)

No, I am sorry but Frank D'Angelo's version of the events just isn't believable. Its no wonder that the judge, Justice John Hamilton, declared that Frank D'Angelo was "probably guilty" because he didn't believe the lies coming out of Frank's lips.

But Hamilton was in a difficult spot. He couldn't declare Frank guilty because there wasn't enough evidence to keep the conviction. It could have been overturned in a court of appeal as many rape trials are.

So the only true justice when it comes to rape trials is that at least the rapist gets the reputation they deserve.

Which unfortunately is why Frank D'Angelo has tried so hard to threaten, harass and intimidate bloggers like myself and anyone else who calls him what he is: A rapist.

But Frank just doesn't get it. Every time he, his lawyer or anyone he is pretending to be (he's pretended to be other people twice now) contacts me I make another post about him. Maybe eventually he will get the point.

His reputation of being a rapist is permanent. Its never going to go away. Everyone who Googles his name is going to know Frank D'Angelo raped a girl and got away with it using bribery.

But maybe I need to make it doubly clear. From now on I won't just make 1 post about him. I will make the post, but I will also feed that post into Facebook, Twitter and Stumbleupon. That way many more women can see what a horrible liar and scumbag he is.

Maybe then Frank D'Angelo will take the hint. You attack me and I fight back. I have a duty to warn people that Frank D'Angelo is a sexual predator and that duty is protected by law. "Responsible Communication" is exempt from lawsuits.

And Frank can't sue me any more anyway. #1. I live in Britain, not Canada. #2. Its after the Statute of Limitations (he couldn't sue me even if he wanted to). #3. I have no money. #4. He has made it clear he doesn't want the extra press coverage a lawsuit would bring.

Somebody has to warn people there is a sexual predator on the loose and his name is Frank D'Angelo. I guess it has to be me.
